No company matches every box you checked
That usually means the combination is rare, not impossible. Clear a filter, or add the service and we will go find who can do it.

More on what it is
Security awareness training teaches people to spot the email that would let an attacker in. It is usually paired with simulated phishing: the provider sends harmless fake attacks, and anyone who clicks gets a short lesson on the spot. The better programs deliver content in brief sessions on a regular rhythm in place of one long annual course. Some also rank the suspicious emails your staff report, so your team knows which to look at first.
Compliance training is packaged as a library of courses, each built around one named rule, that you assign to the groups it applies to. Assignment can follow the groups in your company directory, so you enroll a department at once. It normally runs on the same dashboard as security awareness, which keeps the record an auditor wants in one place.
Skills practice is the newest kind. An employee rehearses a hard conversation with an AI character playing a customer, a patient or a colleague, before having it for real. In contact centers, training is built into the coaching tools, so a supervisor can assign a lesson from inside a coaching session, or have one assigned automatically when someone's results dip.
The fourth is the broad course catalog: business, leadership and technical courses for upskilling staff across the company.
Two choices cut across all four. You can run the program yourself, or have the provider build the schedule and run the testing for you. And the content can live in the provider's platform or be loaded into a learning management system, or LMS, that you already own.
Who needs it
- You must meet several training requirements at once, for different groups of employees.
- You onboard new hires whose introductory training has to be tracked apart from everyone's annual obligations.
- You want executives, administrators with special access and security staff to get different content from everyone else.
- Your people hold difficult conversations as part of the job and have no safe way to rehearse them.
- You run a customer-facing team and want lessons tied to measured performance.
- You want a course library to develop and keep your staff.
If a regulation requires training, the record of completion matters as much as the lesson. Make sure whatever you buy produces it.
Signs you need it
- Employees are still clicking malicious links.
- The training you have is long, dull and repetitive, and nobody can show it changed anything.
- Each compliance topic lives on its own platform, and people cannot find what applies to them.
- Every new rule adds more administrative work.
- Someone who clicks a test phishing email gets a lesson days later, if at all.
How IT Raven helps
Add Workforce Training to your quote list and tell us which kind you need, how many people and which rules apply. A person matches you with a training provider in our 500+ partner network that does that kind of training, since a firm strong in phishing simulation may offer nothing for leadership courses.
Security awareness and compliance training often come bundled with a wider security service, so if you already buy Managed Security we check what you are entitled to before you pay twice. An audit deadline belongs with Compliance and vCISO. We stay on the thread through enrollment and the first reporting cycle.
How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
