ProFeatures

ProFeatures is a collaboration and AI extension for Zoom that adds live document collaboration, multi-participant sharing and an AI meeting assistant. Rather than replacing a company's meeting platform, it builds on the Zoom people already use, adding capabilities that plain screen sharing lacks. Tabs let multiple participants share their screens and documents at the same time. Live collaboration lets people edit Microsoft Office files, Google Docs, websites and other content together without leaving the meeting. Seating charts help organize larger meetings. And an AI meeting assistant transcribes the discussion, captures the documents and web pages shared, and provides summaries and answers questions about the meeting's content.
