Data cleanup takes contract records that were entered inconsistently over the years and standardizes them, so the same field means the same thing everywhere. Portfolio analysis looks across all of your contracts or leases at once and shows you the whole picture. Reconciliation matters after a merger or an acquisition, when two companies' contracts and records have to be brought together and made to agree.
A person still makes the legal judgment. The software does the reading, which is the slow part.
