DynaLink Communications is a business communications provider that delivers voice, data and mobile service over 17 carrier networks in 48 states. It owns no last-mile network of its own; it runs on the major carriers' networks and sells the result as one account for mobile, voice, internet and data. DynaMobile is a managed wireless service on AT&T's network that watches each line's data use and raises the allowance temporarily to head off an overage, then lowers it again, with billing split by cost center while every device draws from one shared pool. POTs Replacement retires the analog copper lines that still run fire and burglar alarms, elevator phones, point-of-sale terminals and gate access, putting a cellular router and analog adapters in a code-compliant enclosure that a network operations center watches around the clock. For a business consolidating wireless, voice and legacy lines, DynaLink is a single provider with hands-on support.

Best for

  • Sites still running analog copper lines for fire alarms, elevator phones, point-of-sale or gate access that need a supported, monitored replacement, including where the line sits inside PCI or HIPAA scope.
  • Companies whose mobile bills swing with overages and want someone watching usage line by line and adjusting plans before the bill arrives.
  • Multi-site businesses that want voice, data and internet on one circuit and one bill, or MPLS with each site's traffic kept apart from every other customer's.
  • Offices that want a hosted PBX with a call center tier, with automatic call distribution and skills-based routing, without owning phone hardware.
  • Fleets and connected equipment: DynaLink names fleet management, security cameras, digital signage, point-of-sale terminals and wireless backup among the things it puts on cellular data.

A company with simple, well-managed communications and no legacy lines or mobile-management pain gets less from a consolidation-focused provider.

What they offer

Business Connectivity. POTs Replacement is the flagship: a NEMA-rated telco enclosure holding a 4G or 5G cellular router, up to two analog telephone adapters covering 1 to 16 lines, a small battery rated for 24 to 48 hours of runtime, and a code-compliant RJ31X block for the alarm panel handoff. A national installation team fits it and runs acceptance testing at every site, and a network operations center then watches the circuit around the clock with remote diagnostics, firmware pushes and emergency equipment replacement. Alongside it DynaLink sells fiber, broadband and fixed wireless internet, MPLS VPN as a managed or unmanaged service, point-to-point lines, T1 and PRI trunks, DSL and business VPN. DynaMobile, its managed wireless service, monitors usage, raises data allowances temporarily to avoid an overage, splits billing by cost center from one shared data pool, flags heavy users and idle devices, and covers fleet, camera, signage and point-of-sale connectivity as well as phones.

Cloud Phone Systems. A hosted PBX whose standard feature set includes supervisor listen, whisper and barge-in, click-to-call from Outlook, a direct-dial number per handset, find-me follow-me forwarding, on-demand call recording, voicemail to email, remote transfer to another location and a self-service portal. A call center tier adds automatic call distribution, skills-based routing and detailed reports on top of business trunking. Reservationless audio, video and web conferencing runs around the clock with an operator-assisted option, and toll-free numbers are offered nationally and internationally over switched or dedicated facilities.

Proof

DynaLink publishes no anonymized customer story; its About page carries a named testimonial that this page does not use. What it does state:

  • POTs Replacement is permitted under NFPA 72 as a facilities voice network approved for life safety, and approved by CSFM, FDNY and LAFD. It is described as PCI compliant for payment traffic and HIPAA compliant for medical, pharmacy and insurance environments.
  • A 90-day guarantee: a customer unhappy within 90 days of signing can leave without penalty, whatever term was signed.
  • General customer service around the clock, every day, and a 99 percent customer retention rate in its wireless business.

These are the company's own statements, from undated marketing sheets and web pages copyrighted through 2024 and 2026.

Good to know

  • Two founding dates appear. The About page traces the company to a startup founded in 1973, while the site's copyright names the legal entity, Dynalink Tel Inc., from 2005. Read the older date as the lineage.
  • DynaLink runs on other carriers' networks rather than its own last mile, which is how it frames its pricing and also why availability and speed vary by address. Confirm coverage for each site.
  • The no-contract claim applies to the wireless plans specifically; POTs Replacement is quoted on a term. International use on a wireless line is off by default until you ask for it, and only pre-authorized users can change an account.
  • Two marketing PDFs, a 5G wireless broadband flyer and a SIP brochure, were image-only and could not be read for this page. Product names here are the company's own material.

How buying works

The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.

Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.

  1. 01

    Build your quote list

Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.

  2. 02

    We bring back real options

A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.

  3. 03

We handle the order and install

Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.

  4. 04

    We stay on your account

Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
