Trinity Managed Services is a managed Microsoft 365 provider that supports, secures and backs up a company's Microsoft 365 environment. Its Managed 365 service takes the work of running and securing Microsoft 365 off a company's own team and puts it with cloud experts, which it notes is especially useful for smaller businesses. It comes in tiers, from standard support, licensing help, vendor escalation and application support, up to a fully managed level that adds end-user support, online backup for mailboxes, file storage and document libraries, enhanced email protection, identity and data security, mobile-device management, Windows management, and proactive monitoring and remediation. It also handles migrations, such as moving legacy email onto Microsoft 365. For a business that relies on Microsoft 365 but lacks the staff to manage and protect it well, Trinity is a dedicated managed-service provider.
Best for
- Small and midsize businesses that rely on Microsoft 365 but lack the staff to manage it fully.
- Organizations that want Microsoft 365 support, security and backup handled by one provider.
- Companies migrating legacy email or systems onto Microsoft 365 that want it done with minimal disruption.
- Businesses that want end-user support and proactive monitoring across their Microsoft 365 estate.
An organization with a strong in-house Microsoft 365 team, or one not on Microsoft 365, is a weaker fit.
What they offer
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Managed Microsoft 365 support in tiered levels, from licensing support, vendor escalation and application support up to a fully managed service with end-user support, Windows management, and proactive monitoring and remediation, plus migrations such as moving legacy email onto Microsoft 365.
Managed Security. At the fully managed level, enhanced email protection, identity and data security, mobile-device management, and auditing and reporting across the Microsoft 365 environment.
Backup and Disaster Recovery. Online backup for Microsoft 365 mailboxes, file storage and document libraries, so a company's cloud data is protected and recoverable.

Proof
A multi-location car dealership group with sites across a region had IT infrastructure struggling to keep pace with growth, and Trinity migrated it from legacy POP3 email onto Microsoft 365 with minimal disruption or downtime, connecting its 11 sites with easier cross-site collaboration.
Good to know
- Trinity's service is built around Microsoft 365. Confirm the support tier and which backup, security and management features you need.

How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
