11:11 Systems runs a VMware-based cloud and builds backup, disaster recovery and security services around it. Its point for a buyer is that workloads can move into its cloud as they are, with no redesign first.

The company describes itself as a managed infrastructure provider and sorts what it sells into three jobs: modernize, protect and manage. Protection is where its material is deepest. It offers disaster recovery on several recovery technologies, so a customer can stay with the tools its staff already know. It operates its own data centers and states a footprint of more than 60 regions and points of presence worldwide.

Best for

  • IT shops standardized on VMware that also use Veeam, Zerto or Cohesity, because 11:11's recovery and backup services extend those tools instead of replacing them.
  • Organizations that want to move to a cloud without rewriting their applications.
  • Businesses that have no second site and need disaster recovery someone else will plan, test and run.
  • Companies without the staff to watch security around the clock.
  • Buyers who want cloud, connectivity and security from one provider instead of three.

What they offer

Backup and Disaster Recovery. Disaster recovery as a service in four forms: for Veeam, for Zerto, for Cohesity and for Microsoft Azure. The Cohesity version adds an isolated recovery clean room for investigating an attack before you restore. Cloud backup covers VMware, Hyper-V and physical servers through Veeam, and there is a separate backup for Microsoft 365. Managed Recovery takes on the planning, testing and execution for your whole environment, and Cyber Incident Recovery is a program built for recovering from an intrusion.

Cloud and IaaS. The 11:11 Cloud is infrastructure as a service on VMware technology, managed from the same console as backup and recovery. It includes object storage compatible with Amazon S3, with a lock that makes stored objects unchangeable.

Managed Security. Managed firewall, continuous risk scanning, managed log monitoring, and managed detection and response, organized around the five functions of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Its extended detection and response service is built on Trend Micro technology.

SD-WAN and SASE and Business Connectivity. Managed SD-WAN that pairs a firewall with intelligent routing, and a managed connection into AWS.

Managed and Co-Managed IT. Application hosting and managed servers delivered from its own facilities. The one profiled in the documents is in Scottsdale, Arizona, and also offers colocation and workplace recovery space.

Proof

Its 2024 corporate overview states a 100 percent availability service level agreement, a support satisfaction figure of 98 percent, and a compliance and audit program covering SOC 2, ISO and PCI DSS. It describes itself as the largest global Veeam cloud service provider, and says it has been delivering IT services for more than 40 years.

These figures are 11:11's own. The documents we could use for this page contained no customer stories.

Good to know

  • Catalyst is a lightweight tool you can run before you buy anything. It inventories your workloads and includes an external vulnerability scan, which helps size a move.
  • The tighter-recovery version of disaster recovery for Veeam, which uses continuous data protection, is available only in select locations. Check yours.
  • The managed connection into AWS is carrier-agnostic and, according to its datasheet, is sold through the AWS Marketplace. See Cloud Marketplace.
  • Managed IT and connectivity are thinly documented compared with recovery and security. Ask for detail if those are what you need.
  • Older datasheets carry a different company tagline than the 2024 and 2025 ones. They describe the same services.

How buying works

The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.

Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.

  1. 01

    Build your quote list

Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.

  2. 02

    We bring back real options

A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.

  3. 03

We handle the order and install

Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.

  4. 04

    We stay on your account

Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
