Aryaka sells SD-WAN and network security as one managed service that runs over its own private global network. Founded in 2009, it built that private backbone first and added security later, and it now calls the combination Unified SASE as a Service.
The backbone is the reason to look at Aryaka. Most SD-WAN products choose among the internet links you already have. Aryaka carries your traffic between regions on a network it operates, with more than 40 points of presence on six continents, and mainland China is included. For a company with offices far apart, that is what keeps an application in one country usable from another.
Best for
- Global companies with offices, data centers and remote staff on several continents that need applications to perform the same everywhere.
- Enterprises leaving MPLS in stages, which want the old network running beside the new one during the move.
- Companies with a central SAP system that branch offices reach from far away.
- Businesses running workloads in more than one public cloud that want private connections into each.
- Manufacturers and engineering firms moving large design files between countries.
- Organizations with sites in China that need one provider inside and outside the country.
What they offer
SD-WAN and SASE. Secure SD-WAN is the base service, licensed per site by bandwidth tier and per remote user. Unified SASE adds the security functions on the same platform, managed from one portal. HybridWAN blends the private backbone, your existing MPLS and the public internet at each site. Secure Remote Access is a managed VPN for remote and mobile staff.
Managed Security. SmartSecure is a firewall and secure web gateway enforced at the site device or in Aryaka's network, with anti-malware and intrusion prevention as add-ons. An Advanced Security tier adds controls over cloud applications and data loss. AI>Observe is a monitoring and threat detection add-on.
Business Connectivity. The private core network itself, plus managed direct connections into AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle and Alibaba Cloud.
You choose who runs it: your own team, Aryaka, or the two together through a shared portal.

Proof
Aryaka states a private network uptime service level of up to 99.999 percent. Its 2025 fact sheet counts more than 500 customers in over 100 countries.
Its published results withhold the customers' names.
A global power tools manufacturer with more than 400 MPLS locations. It needed to speed up cloud applications worldwide, remote regions included, without disrupting operations.
A United States specialty chemical manufacturer selling in 100 countries. Its SAP system was slow enough to delay order management. After moving to Aryaka it measured a 97 percent reduction in data sent across the network.
A United States transportation and logistics company. It wanted better call quality from its cloud phone service and measured a 93 percent data reduction.
These figures are Aryaka's own.
Good to know
- Two products rest on other companies' technology. Secure Remote Access is built on a VPN from NCP Engineering, and AI>Observe is powered by Sequretek.
- Some capabilities in its 2024 and 2025 sheets are marked as roadmap, including browser-based zero trust access and data loss prevention. Ask what is shipping now.
- The anti-malware and intrusion prevention add-ons are sold in two regions, mainland China and the rest of the world, not as one global item.
- The numbers move between documents. A 2023 overview counts more than 800 customers and a headquarters in San Mateo. The 2025 fact sheet counts more than 500 customers and gives an address in Santa Clara. Ask for current figures.
- Sites are set up with automated provisioning, and Aryaka describes deployment in hours to days. Your own circuits at each site still have to exist first.

How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
