AireSpring manages networks and communications, putting many carriers and technology makers under one contract and one support team. The company has been family owned and operated since 2001 and describes itself as profitable and free of debt.
It sources connectivity from more than 265 carriers and cable companies in over 190 countries, and it runs a private network of its own that spans six continents with twenty-four points of presence. Its SD-WAN and security services are built on the products of named technology makers, including Cato Networks, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet and Arista VeloCloud, which AireSpring designs, installs and manages. That mix is the point of the company: you choose the technology, and AireSpring is the one party accountable for it.
Best for
- Businesses with sites in many countries, where the open internet grows unreliable over long distances and cross-border rules get in the way.
- Buyers who want a choice among SD-WAN and SASE technologies under one managed service, instead of a single platform chosen for them.
- Multi-location companies that want one invoice and one point of contact across carriers, devices and phone service.
- Sites where fiber is impractical, such as rural locations, construction sites and farms, that need fixed wireless, cellular or satellite as a main or backup link.
- Organizations moving alarms, elevators, fax machines, payment terminals and gate access off analog phone lines.
- Enterprises, schools and government bodies that run Fortinet firewalls and want a ready-made portal for managing them.
A small single-site business is not who AireSpring is built for.
What they offer
SD-WAN and SASE. Managed SD-WAN on a choice of technologies, with AireSpring's own design, deployment and round-the-clock monitoring included. For international networks it pairs SD-WAN with its Global Private Network, so traffic between countries does not have to cross the public internet. Managed FortiSASE adds cloud-delivered security.
Business Connectivity. Dedicated and broadband internet over fiber and Ethernet, private networking between sites, managed 4G and 5G wireless, fixed wireless, and managed Starlink satellite service. Its POTS replacement product for analog lines is delivered on AT&T's network and carries the label "Powered by AT&T".
Cloud Phone Systems. AirePBX is AireSpring's own hosted phone system, sold in business, enterprise and call center seats. It also sells SIP trunking, Direct Routing for calling inside Microsoft Teams, and the 8x8 communications and contact center platform.
Managed Security. Managed Fortinet firewalls, where AireSpring handles configuration, monitoring and upkeep, and FortiPortal, a self-service portal for customers whose own staff manage the firewalls.
Managed and Co-Managed IT. AIreCONTROL is the company's service management platform. It pulls monitoring, alerts, tickets, billing and orders for every circuit and device into one dashboard. AireNMS monitors routers and links around the clock and opens trouble tickets on your behalf, including for circuits you bought elsewhere.

Proof
AireSpring publishes service commitments with its AIreCONTROL platform: a Tier 3 engineer engaged within 10 minutes of a case being opened, change requests turned around in one hour, and replacement equipment the next day.
It is a Fortinet Engage Expert Partner, and its collateral reports a 2025 Stevie Award, the People's Choice for Favorite Customer Service. The company states that its voice network carries more than 6 billion calls a month.
One published case study describes an industrial supplier to the energy sector with 34 locations across the United States. It faced growing network downtime, slow resolution of problems and a tangle of network providers. AireSpring deployed managed SD-WAN at every location, added diverse and redundant connections at each site, and centralized network management. These accounts and figures are AireSpring's own.
Good to know
- Much of the portfolio is built on other companies' technology, and some services ride another carrier's network. Ask who delivers each part and who you call when it fails. AireSpring's answer is that you call AireSpring.
- Compliance badges on some SD-WAN, SASE and calling material belong to the technology maker and describe that maker's platform. Ask which certifications cover the service as AireSpring delivers it.
- Some bundled extras depend on the length of the contract and on taking specific components. Ask what is included at the term you actually want.
- On-site work such as surveys, cabling and equipment installation is done by AireSpring's own Global Field Services team.
- Every account is given an escalation list that runs up to the chief executive.
- Older material names one SD-WAN technology VeloCloud by VMware and newer material calls it Arista VeloCloud. They are the same product under a new owner.

How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
