BCN is a managed telecom aggregator that combines many carriers' connectivity and voice onto one contract, invoice and point of contact. Its model is to sit between a company and a wide set of underlying network providers, source the right service at each location, and manage it as a single relationship, so the customer is not juggling a different carrier and bill in every town. On that aggregated network it layers data and internet, voice and local lines, SD-WAN, network monitoring, cloud fax and analog-line replacement. It serves the United States, Canada and Mexico. For a company with many sites and providers, BCN is a single source for connectivity and voice.

Best for

  • Multi-site companies juggling several telecom carriers, invoices and points of contact that want one provider to manage it all.
  • Organizations that want connectivity, voice and SD-WAN sourced and supported through a single relationship.
  • Businesses with analog lines running alarms, elevators or other critical devices that a carrier is retiring.
  • Schools and libraries that need connectivity eligible for education funding programs such as E-Rate.

A single-location business with one simple connection gains less from an aggregator, whose value is pulling many sites and carriers together.

What they offer

Business Connectivity. Connectivity aggregated from many underlying carriers onto one contract and invoice: dedicated internet access, Ethernet, local and long-distance service, and data services, sourced to fit each location across the US, Canada and Mexico, with one point of contact.

SD-WAN and SASE. Managed SD-WAN to connect and prioritize traffic across sites, with proactive network monitoring.

Voice Lines and SIP Trunking. Local and long-distance voice, plus a POTS replacement that keeps analog lines running over LTE for alarms and other critical devices, and cloud fax.

Good to know

  • BCN does not own the last mile. It aggregates and manages many carriers' networks, which is how it offers one contract across many locations. Confirm which underlying providers serve your addresses.
  • It supports E-Rate for eligible schools and libraries. Ask about that program if it applies to you.
  • Product names here are the company's own material.

How buying works

The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.

Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.

  1. 01

    Build your quote list

Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.

  2. 02

    We bring back real options

A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.

  3. 03

We handle the order and install

Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.

  4. 04

    We stay on your account

Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
