Ntirety is a managed services company that runs cloud infrastructure and security for businesses. The cloud can be its own private one, AWS or Microsoft Azure. It says it has been in business for more than 25 years and serves more than 2,500 enterprise customers.
It groups what it sells into three lines: cloud and infrastructure, security and compliance, and data. The pitch is one team accountable for an environment wherever it sits, including the unglamorous parts such as databases, backups and audit paperwork.
Best for
- IT teams stretched thin that want day-to-day AWS or Azure operations taken off their plate.
- Companies with sensitive systems, such as finance, HR or customer applications, that want hardware dedicated to them.
- Organizations stuck partway into a cloud move because nobody has time to map the dependencies and the cost.
- Businesses with no disaster recovery plan, or a plan nobody maintains.
- Teams that need database administrators around the clock and cannot staff them.
- Companies facing a compliance audit that want documents and guidance ready.
What they offer
Cloud and IaaS. Private Cloud is single-tenant hosting in Ntirety's data centers on VMware or Nutanix. Managed Public Cloud covers AWS and Azure in Standard, Advanced and Premier tiers, where each tier includes the one below. A Well-Architected Review comes with onboarding and can be bought separately. Cloud migration, disaster recovery as a service and backup as a service complete the line. The backup service keeps three copies of data on two kinds of media.
Managed Security. Managed detection and response with endpoint protection, staffed by Ntirety's security operations center. Managed firewalls, protection for web applications and APIs, email security with phishing training, and penetration testing. A Trust Center gives customers self-service access to assessments, certifications and policies for their own audits.
It also manages databases around the clock, and helps companies prepare their data for AI projects, starting with a free planning workshop.

Proof
Ntirety's own figures: more than 650 IT and security certifications among its staff, security and network operations running around the clock, and what it calls a track record of zero breaches in environments it fully secures. It lists AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and AWS Managed Service Provider status.
Its anonymized customer stories:
A footwear retail chain with stores in several countries. It had outgrown a single-server setup as sales rose. Ntirety moved it to AWS and added managed detection and response.
A major university. Its colocation provider gave it little view of growing performance problems. Ntirety moved its workloads to Microsoft Azure and continues to tune them.
A pharmacy company with locations across Texas. Rapid growth brought database performance problems it had no staff to fix, along with concerns about health data. Ntirety took over the databases.
These figures and accounts are Ntirety's own.
Good to know
- In its detection and response service, fixes such as patching, isolating traffic or resetting credentials need your authorization first. Some also require that Ntirety already manages your firewalls. Settle that before an incident.
- Onboarding an existing AWS or Azure account usually means an account transfer, which Ntirety says completes within 48 hours on average, with full onboarding in one to two weeks.
- A Technical Account Manager and runbooks come with the higher managed cloud tiers. Administration of the web and application layers comes only with Premier.
- "Zero breaches" applies to environments Ntirety fully secures. Ask how it defines that.

How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
