Console Connect, from the carrier PCCW Global, is a self-service platform for provisioning private connections to clouds, data centers and partners. It is a network-as-a-service platform: instead of ordering a fixed circuit and waiting, a customer buys access to the platform and then spins up private connections on demand, in near real time, through a portal. Those connections reach the major cloud providers, more than 900 data centers across over 50 countries, internet exchanges for peering, other businesses on the platform, and business internet on demand. It is backed by PCCW Global's own carrier network. For a buyer, Console Connect is a way to build and change private, global connectivity quickly rather than through slow carrier orders.
Best for
- Companies with workloads in more than one cloud that want private, direct links to each rather than routing sensitive traffic over the open internet.
- Businesses connecting data centers and sites across regions that want to provision and change links on demand.
- Organizations with operations in Asia Pacific and globally that benefit from PCCW Global's carrier reach.
- Teams that need connectivity to spin up quickly for a project or migration without a long carrier contract.
A single office that only needs ordinary internet access does not need Console Connect. Its value shows up when stitching together clouds, data centers and sites globally.
What they offer
Business Connectivity. A self-service platform to provision private network connections in near real time: direct connections to major cloud providers, private links among more than 900 data centers in over 50 countries, peering at internet exchanges, interconnection with other businesses, and Internet on Demand. Software-defined interconnection is available at Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3, and global IoT connectivity with eSIM is managed through the same platform.

Good to know
- Console Connect sells connectivity, not compute or storage. You still choose and pay the clouds and data centers at each end.
- It is backed by PCCW Global's carrier network, with particular strength across Asia Pacific. Confirm reach and on-net data centers for the specific locations you need.
- Product names and figures here are the company's own material.

How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
