AI Anywhere is a private-cloud AI and machine-learning solution, deployable in your data center, a third-party facility or colocation, built around data security and privacy. Application Services for Microsoft 365 puts a named technical account manager and a team of Rackspace engineers on a large or complex Microsoft 365 estate as a monthly service. The work covers migration and setup, day-to-day administration, monthly reviews of support trends and adoption, mail security and compliance settings such as DKIM and DMARC, data loss prevention and litigation holds, SharePoint and Teams configuration and training, and hybrid designs that keep on-premises Exchange and SharePoint servers tied to the cloud. Licenses can come through Rackspace or stay on your own agreement.

Managed Security. Security delivered as part of the managed environment across the cloud and infrastructure it runs: layered cloud and network security backed by a customer security operations center staffed around the clock.
