CallTower is a cloud communications provider that delivers and manages Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Genesys voice and contact center systems. Rather than pushing one platform, it packages calling and contact center on the platform a company already leans toward, adds the phone network underneath, and manages the whole thing. It runs its own voice platform, called CT Cloud Voice, and provides SIP trunking and international phone numbers, so it can carry the calls as well as run the software. A recurring theme in its work is migration: moving a company off an aging on-premises phone system onto cloud calling without breaking service. For a buyer, CallTower is a single provider for cloud phones, contact center and the voice network, across more than one vendor's technology.
Best for
- Companies standardizing on Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex that want calling added and the migration handled, beyond a simple license resale.
- Organizations moving off an aging on-premises phone system that need the numbers and call paths ported without downtime.
- Contact centers that want Genesys Cloud CX, including public sector and regulated buyers who need a FedRAMP-authorized deployment.
- Multinationals that need local phone numbers and calling in many countries under one provider.
A company that only wants a simple app-based phone line for a few users may find CallTower's multi-platform, migration-led model heavier than it needs.
What they offer
Cloud Phone Systems. Enterprise calling on Microsoft Teams through Operator Connect, Direct Routing and calling plans, on Cisco Webex, and on CallTower's own CT Cloud Voice, which extends office phone features to laptops and mobile devices for remote and BYOD users.
Voice Lines and SIP Trunking. CT Cloud SIP trunks with inbound usage, 911 and directory listing, plus international direct-dial number coverage across many countries. Its SIP-First approach uses trunks to bridge a legacy system to the cloud during a migration.
Contact Center. Genesys Cloud CX, including a FedRAMP-authorized option for public sector and regulated organizations, with professional services to design and run the deployment.
CX and Conversational AI. Conversational AI, built with a partner platform, that automates voice tasks such as handling routine calls and speeding customer journeys.

Proof
These stories come from CallTower's own published, anonymized case studies.
A global footwear retailer with about 5,000 users. It needed to replace an aging Cisco phone system without disrupting daily operations, which meant moving more than 600 call paths and phone numbers spread over six retail stores while avoiding repeated porting problems. CallTower used its SIP-First approach to migrate all the numbers at once onto a SIP trunk, then enabled Microsoft Teams through Operator Connect and let the company test Teams thoroughly before going live. The case study reports the migration completed without disrupting the business or its voice service.
A national law firm. With CallTower it retired an aging Cisco phone system and consolidated its calling and collaboration onto Microsoft Teams, giving its remote lawyers and staff one platform and steadier support.
A community bank operating across a metro region. On an outdated communication system that carried high re-licensing costs, it transitioned to Microsoft Teams with CallTower, tying in the business integrations it relies on to keep serving customers.
Good to know
- CallTower delivers other vendors' platforms as well as its own, so be clear which platform a quote is built on, since Teams, Webex and Genesys differ in features and licensing.
- Much of CallTower's value is in running the migration and the ongoing management. Ask what it owns during a cutover and afterward.
- Product names and figures here are the company's own material.

How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
