Infobip (fka Peerless Network)

Infobip, formerly Peerless Network, is a communications-platform-as-a-service provider for programmable messaging, voice and video. Its platform, known as CPaaS, lets a company build communication into its own applications: sending an appointment reminder by text, a verification code, a WhatsApp message or an automated call, and holding two-way conversations at scale. It also offers conversational AI assistants and, from its Peerless Network heritage as a US voice carrier, a Tier 1 phone network that customers can connect their own systems to. It operates across many countries. For a buyer, Infobip is the plumbing that puts messaging and voice inside an application or connects an existing phone system to a large carrier network, rather than an off-the-shelf phone or contact center product.
