NHC, or New Horizon Communications, is a managed communications provider delivering voice, network, WAN and security on one invoice. Its model is to sit between a company and the carriers, sourcing connectivity over any network across North America and wrapping voice, WAN, security and cloud around it, so the customer deals with NHC rather than several providers. It calls this bundle the Communications STACK, with managed voice, managed WAN, managed security and managed cloud, all on a single invoice with one view of the network. Founded in 2002 and privately held, it delivers nationwide with around-the-clock US-based support. For a company with many sites and vendors, NHC is a way to consolidate communications under one managed provider.
Best for
- Multi-site companies juggling several carriers and invoices that want one provider and one bill for connectivity, voice and WAN.
- Organizations that want a single view of their network and one support number instead of chasing each carrier.
- Businesses with analog lines running alarms, fire panels, elevators or public-safety phones that a carrier is retiring.
- Companies that want managed WAN, SD-WAN and security bundled with their connectivity.
A single-site business with one simple connection gains less from NHC, whose value is pulling many sites, carriers and services together.
What they offer
Business Connectivity. Managed network services sourced over any carrier's network across North America, including fiber, fixed wireless line-of-sight and broadband, delivered on one invoice with single-pane visibility across all of it.
Cloud Phone Systems. Managed voice and unified communications, plus Wireless POTS, a cellular-based replacement for the analog lines that run security and fire alarm panels, elevator phones and public-safety phones.
SD-WAN and SASE. Managed WAN and SD-WAN, with managed security, delivered as part of the same stack so networking and protection come from one provider.

Good to know
- NHC does not own the last mile. It aggregates and manages other carriers' networks, which is how it can offer one contract and invoice across many locations.
- Its value is the managed, single-invoice bundle. Ask which services it will own and how the single-pane visibility and support work for your sites.
- Product names here are the company's own material.

How buying works
The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.
Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.
- 01
Build your quote list
Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.
- 02
We bring back real options
A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.
- 03
We handle the order and install
Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.
- 04
We stay on your account
Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
