Nitel is a managed network provider that combines many carriers under one contract and runs the connection, SD-WAN and security as a single service. Its role is to sit between a company with many locations and the underlying carriers, design the right mix of access at each site, and manage it all from one place, so the customer avoids juggling a different provider at every address. It runs its own nationwide backbone with seven core points of presence and 100 Gig capacity, and reaches sites over fiber, wireless and satellite depending on what each location can get. A single dashboard shows network and security health across every site. For a buyer, Nitel is one provider and one bill for the whole wide-area network instead of a stack of carrier relationships.

What they offer
Business Connectivity. Nitel Access designs hybrid connectivity for each location, matching fiber, cable, wireless or other access to what the site needs, over a nationwide 100 Gig backbone. Global wireless adds 4G and 5G as a primary or backup connection, and a low-earth-orbit satellite service reaches locations that fixed lines do not. A Remote Reboot service power-cycles equipment out of band to recover a site without a truck roll.
SD-WAN and SASE. Managed SD-WAN to route and prioritize traffic across sites, and a Global SASE service that combines that networking with cloud-delivered security for users wherever they work.
Managed Security. Security delivered as part of the managed network and the SASE offering, run from Nitel's service center with the same single-pane visibility as the network.
