Ntegrated is a managed network, voice and security provider that runs multi-site connectivity from its own 24/7 operations center. Its model is to sit between a company with many locations and the carriers underneath, so the customer deals with Ntegrated rather than a dozen phone companies. It aggregates circuits from multiple carriers under one relationship, watches every circuit in real time from its network operations center, and works the problem with the underlying carrier when something breaks. On top of that it layers SD-WAN, hosted voice and managed security. Ntegrated was founded in 2004, is privately owned and based in Dallas, Texas, and serves companies headquartered in North America. It describes itself as an extension of the customer's IT team.

Best for

  • Companies with many locations that are juggling a different carrier at each site and want one provider, one point of contact and one bill.
  • Organizations whose branch outages are slow to diagnose because no one has a single view of every circuit's health.
  • Businesses that want their network monitored around the clock by a team that deals with the carriers so their own staff does not have to.
  • Multi-site operations moving voice to the cloud that want the same provider handling connectivity and phones.

A single-location business gains less from Ntegrated, whose value is in pulling many sites and many carriers together.

What they offer

Business Connectivity. Network aggregation brings circuits from many carriers under one contract, each one proactively monitored: Ntegrated pings every circuit in real time and, on an outage or on latency and jitter, notifies the customer and escalates to the underlying provider. Customers deal with Ntegrated instead of the carrier.

SD-WAN and SASE. Managed SD-WAN that monitors each circuit in real time and reroutes automatically when one degrades, including a work-from-home option that extends the network to remote staff.

Cloud Phone Systems. A hosted unified communications platform it calls nTouch, with a mobile client, for companies moving voice off on-premises phone systems.

Managed Security. Managed security services that pair with the network, delivered by a team holding networking and security certifications.

Proof

This story comes from Ntegrated's own published, anonymized case study.

A regional bank with 14 branches. Each branch bought its own connectivity from a different carrier, leaving the bank managing more than a dozen provider relationships with no central view of circuit health and frequent outages where failover did not work. Ntegrated consolidated all 14 locations onto fully managed dedicated internet plus backup circuits, added SD-WAN that fails over automatically, 24/7 monitoring and a single dashboard for the whole network. The case study reports incident resolution time reduced by more than 60 percent and one login for live visibility across every site.

Good to know

  • Ntegrated does not own the last mile. It aggregates and manages other carriers' circuits, which is how it can offer one contract across many locations.
  • Its stated service metrics, including a first-time resolution rate and answer time, are the company's own. Ask for the current numbers and the commitments in the agreement.
  • Product names and figures here are the company's own material.

How buying works

The store is the easy part. Staying on the account is the job.

Anyone can show you logos. The reason to buy here is what happens on install night, and on the ticket you open nine months later.

  1. 01

    Build your quote list

Add services and companies as you shop. No form stands between you and the shelf.

  2. 02

    We bring back real options

A person shops the bench against your addresses, then walks you through what fits and what does not.

  3. 03

We handle the order and install

Paperwork, site survey, install dates, cutover night. You get one thread, not five vendors.

  4. 04

    We stay on your account

Same team for moves, adds, tickets and the next renewal. That is the part everyone else drops.
